Username: me@mydomain.com Password: ********** |
For security reasons our outgoing server requires authentication.
In Outlook, select "More Settlings.." in the email account setup screen and select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication". Chose the option "Use same username and password as my incoming mail server".
Does your ISP block outgoing mail to other SMTP servers?
It has increasing come to our attention, that some ISPs are blocking outgoing messages to SMTP servers other than their own. You may be affected if you are unable to send email using mail.yourdomain.com as the outgoing mail server. A good workaround is to use your ISPs SMTP server as your outgoing mail server for the email address you have with us. This means placing the details your ISP provided for its outgoing mail server (e.g. smtp.myisp.com) in the outgoing mail server section of the email account you have hosted with us. Although your email will then be sent using your ISPs server, it will appear as if sent from the correct email address.
Webmail Access
Your webmail enables email account can be accessed for virtually any computer with internet access. To login, see the account logins page.
